| Our production line is consisted of five parts: Batching and mixing
plant, concrete block making machine, handling system, cubing
system and electric control system. Batching and Mixing plant There are two sets of batching and mixing equipment for base concrete and face concrete separately. All material used including aggregate, cement and pigment are weighed automatically and accurately through computer control. The system is equipped with microwave moisture measurement and accurate water metering controlled by computer. The mixers are advanced planetary which make the mixing is fast and uniform. Compacting and Vibrating System-Block Making Machine The advanced vibration technology and REIT patent multi-shafts vibrators are applied in the block making machine so that the vibration on the table is even. The frequency and amplitude are variable according to the different material and different products. The hydraulic driven fast feeding device and low speed cruising control technology which is developed by REIT are used to short the cycle time. There is the foam insert device in the machine to produce heat insulation block. Handling System Finger Car and green block conveyor are equipped with inverters so the operation is very smoothly. And there are mechanical position device and interlock and self-lock function in the control system for finger car so it is operating safely and reliably. The elevator and lowerator are equipped with REIT patent synchronized device As option the finger car can turn round 180 degree. Cubing System REIT Cuber is fully automatic. The cubing layers, height and style can be adjusted according to the different blocks. The cuber can move, lift and rotate automatically at the same time. The horizontal movement is inverter controlled gear and pinion rack driven. The vertical lifting is digital code controlled hydraulic driven. The rotation is gear and tooth ring driven. Electric Control Group The electric control group adopts world famous brand PLC and the power unit is housed in a control desk which includes joy-sticks for manual machine operation and an integrated display for data in-and output as well as error diagnosis system. Color monitor is equipped with friend interface and diagram display. It's more convenient and effective for the operator to operate and control the whole production line. The production line can be controlled fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manually through this control group. |
